We also investigated a place called McDonald Ranch, up on Scottsdale Road and Dynamite with our friends. It was an awesome place where the girls got to ride on a pony, take pictures like cowgirls, and visit a petting zoo complete with bunnies. Leslie was totally brave enough to touch them and let the girls crowd around to pet them.
(Ada opted out of a pony ride and sat on the "yucky" hay bale)
J and I enjoyed some Chino Bandido with Dave and Courtney after the priesthood session of conference and loved their menu of Chinese and Mexican food served together with a snickerdoodle for dessert!
Sadly, my sweet cousin Kylee and her husband Brody will be leaving the state in a few months and we had a great dinner and visit with them. They have great things in store, but we've appreciated having them live close to us.

Thanks for the report and the pictures. You and Jake are doing great things with and for your kids, and they are most fortunate to have wonderful parents who love to spend time with them.
Looks like you guys have been having fun! It was so good to see you guys coincidentally yesterday at the temple. How fun!
You have been one busy family! It was fun going horse back riding with you and the girls. It's good someone got me out of the house because otherwise I"d just sit here and feel miserable. haha. Loved all of the pictures!
good ole chino bandido, you won't find a place like it! I can't believe how much your girls have grown, hope you guys are doing well.
