I think, "It can't be. You're only 5."
I reach in and give it a wiggle and sure enough it is loose.
My baby has her first loose tooth.
I'm not prepared for this.
It means she is growing up.
I'd seen this pillow idea in a craft book months ago, and deided it was time to make it real.
Now we've got a tooth pocket awaiting its first little front bottom tooth.

Great idea about the tooth pillow, Jord. I didn't remember that kids as young as Lauren were losing teeth. Can't wait to see you guys soon.
Cute idea with the pillow. Prepare yourself, they just keep on growing up and you can't stop it no matter what! She'll be driving before you know it!
