I was companions with Elder Robertson in Spain in May 1999 in Delecias. I am heart-broken for your family as I am just now reading about his passing. I am grateful for the Great Comforter, and pray it will be with you and your children and your extended family and friends. I know it is not much, but was wanting to send some journal clips of mine and your husbands time together in Spain. When you have time, please email me your address. I thought your children might enjoy a little memory from such a self-less time in your husbands life. Much love to all of you. You can text me your address: 706-233-2623

What a wonderful celebration of Jake's life and accomplishments. I absolutely loved the funeral and it leaves me so inspired, with a renewed resolve to be a better man, and a strengthened faith in Christ and His atonement. I particularly loved the breakdown of Luke 2:52 and the goal sessions!

The services were phenomenal. Jake's wonderful life was celebrated perfectly, and the talks about him, about his trust and confidence in the Saviior, and about how he lived were absolutely inspired and inspiring. Thank you, dear Jord, for putting together such an inspiring program and for your strength to speak in Phoenix. We are all better people because of Jake, you, your kids, and your sterling example. Love you.
