Well, things are definitely looking up in Primary thanks to all of your suggestions and help! We met together as a presidency and came up with a good battle plan and then met with all the teachers before church started. Basically we changed the seating arrangement, moved to closing exercises (rather than middle that were just not working), created a quiet signal if things are getting too crazy, and told them about our 3 step "discipline with love" plan- 1- a reminder 2- out in the hall 3- parent called in. I feel a lot better about things and hope that by being more reverent we can have a better spirit in our Primary.

Jordan is way too modest. She did a LOT more than that! She revamped the whole primary for the better. She taught them about reverance and why it's important. What it feels like to feel the Spirit and the atmosphere in which it thrives. She had the children practice coming in and going out of the room reverantly (several times, but she made it seem fun for them). She even had the BISHOP come in and speak to the children about reverance. They love him so much that they were eager to please him and answer his questions (it was really sweet to watch). The difference was palpable all day. I was in awe! I couldn't believe that these were the same children!
It's like you said, Jord, we just needed to teach them what we expect of them and how they can accomplish the expectations...and they were eager to comply. Your faith, prayers and love for them will be such a blessing. Thank you, Jordan! We can be very grateful that you were inspired and your talents have come together in a huge way to change things for the better! The difference is amazing! Good job!
Jord: What a great person to be the president of the primary in your ward, and what a great tribute, above. Thanks for stepping up and taking care of the problem. We love you. ree ree
