This play house is made to fit over a card table and I think it is AWESOME! Seriously, what a good idea that would encourage some fun times in the playroom. You can buy them here, but I am wondering if I could make one instead....just for the thrill of the challenge. We'll see how much initiative I have left after making L's Halloween costume...which I have yet to start.

CUTE!! I want one! Make me one too, if you decide to do it, because I don't have the skills to make my own, or the bills to buy one.
I think you can make it..give it a try and then show us all your skills. You are ambitious! I only made one attempt at making a costume..P was a dalmation when she was one..but everyone thought she was a cow..nice!
That is super cute. I have the stuff for two costumes, which I haven't started yet either... BUt you can totally make that. It's great.
Go for it Jord. I'll give your moral support and maybe even help with it. That is such a cute inside playhouse.
Very cute Jordan! Of course you can make it! With that and the costumes, you should have all your sewing and crafty instincts satisfied for a while! I am not that ambitious. I remember making costumes when Rebecca and John were really little.... now hand me downs and the dollar store work well. :) Oh well. Have fun!
That is amazing!! you have to try! Then maybe you can help me make a camo one...what an awesome thing for santa to bring!! crazy it's time already to think of christmas gifts!
what are the cute girls going to be this year for halloween?
You could totally do it! It'd be a big, but fun project!
For sure you can make that! Looks pretty easy AND you can personalize it!
That is super cute! I think you could totally make it. I could not. I have to buy something if I want it to resemble the actual product :) But I bet you could make it and it would look just like it! I'm also excited to see the girls' Halloween costumes! I am impressed with all your craftiness, Jord!
It would be a great thing to make, Jord, and I think you're up to it. The girls would love it and would have a great time playing in it. I think Vonnie would be a good consultant for the project. Good luck!
I can't tell you the butterflies that stirred in my heart when I saw that little playhouse. that's EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Something I can stand to look at and that Emma would play in...however, my world was shattered when I saw the $75 dollar price tage. IKEA it is, and a $10 tent is going to have to cut it for Christmas. Emma won't know the difference, but I will. ;)
I have felt to stay in the play house like these when I was a child. And it is really make me comfort. Hopefully you can make it for your children.
nice to meet you,
niar
Jordan, of course you could make it. I have one that I made with my mom's help. (Thank goodness for moms!) I don't know if you ever saw it. I could send you a picture to make sure it's what you want, but it fits over a card table and looks like a little house. And it IS really nice to be able to put up and take down. Anyway, let me know if you want pictures and any info. :)
So cute....definitely something I would never attempt to make. My girls would love it and best thing is that it can store well!
Kristine
I will definitely get back to you about how to on the house. I'd love all the help I can get!
