I can't forget to mention the 4th annual Polar Bear Plunge that took place December 24, 2011. It was horrendous, as the camera reveals, and although we were all dreading it, it had to be done.

It's a great tradition and one that I'm glad I don't feel compelled to participate in. You all rocked it though!
spoken like a true arkansian.
ya'll nuts!
Oh man, I feel cold just looking at those pictures. What a fun tradition though. Keep it up!
I totally wanted to do the one in Wisconsin where they jump in Lake Michigan on New Years Eve...but I was prego with Landon the only New Years I spent there. I didn't think that was fair to the poor guy. :) Glad you had fun doing it. Your reaction is priceless.
Sad we did not get to see one another over Christmas.
It did have to be done, and I, for one, am thankful for the courage of those brave enough to participate. I'm looking forward to it next year.

You are awesome Jord! Haha I definitely could not do that! I guess for that brief moment you long for AZ summer! :)
You are a bunch of crazies! I love it. What a fun tradition... but it looks so cold! I don't know if I would do it!
That's classic. I love the pained expressions!
I LOVE...L-O-V-E those photos. What a great example to set for your kids of what it means to have fun and LIVE a little!!! Lauren is a rock star! Well, you all are. Way to go! This seems like the longest post you've done all year, totally worthy :)
Serious crazies! But it looks like so much fun maybe we'll need to join in. Yeah, probably not I'm too chicken.
