Getting to business

After reading this somewhat sobering article in The Economist I decided that it is time to get back to work on our food storage. I  reorganized my storage closet last month and it functions 100 times better. Now I've got to fill the shelves, re-do our 72 hour kits (including making one for Ada), and buy some wheat.  Here is a great site  to help you start the food storage process.  Get your food now while the prices are low!

We are going to starve if anything happens. I need to get on that ASAP! We used to have some things but used them up when we were poor and in law school.

Way to go Jordan! So awesome.

Good work Jord. Keep going. You're making great progress and I love your storage closet. I have a link to that web site on my blog. It's a very good one.

Looking good Jord! That was an interesting article. I need to do some organizing and stocking up myself!

That does look great. I'm very impressed. We're going to die if it ever (when it ever) comes to needing to actually use food storage. So, hopefully we can still make it to heaven.

I am impressed! And totally jealous of your storage closet. I need to figure out where I can store more food here that isn't in the garage. And you've made me realize that it's time to redo the 72 hour kits, too! It never ends... I applaud the organization! It's a beautiful thing :)
