I dropped off of the grid last week. I had a terrible cold/flu thing that took the life out of me. I didn't shower for two days. My house was a wreck. My kids ate chicken nuggets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My baby got congested too.
It was a bad time.
Thankfully, I am on the mend due to some great nursing from my husband, powerful cold medicine, and some time off my feet to recover. It is amazing how I appreciate good health when I don't have it.

Jord! I'm so sorry that I didn't know! I would have brought you dinner or watched your girls or something! I'm glad you are feeling better though and please call me if you ever need help with anything, I would be more than happy to. Or maybe I just need to be a better person and call you more. :) p.s. I still have that blanket of yours! I will bring it by asap.
Wow! I had the same thing, but no baby. It was hard enough for us to make it through. YOu are the woaman!
I need to proof read, not talk to me 5 year old and type.
Sorry you were sick, Jord, and I'm glad you are on the mend. It was great to see you guys last Friday night. The girls are so cute and spunky, and it was wonderful to see baby Ada. Thanks to you and Jake for coming to Sky Harbor.
Oh gosh I am sorry! I hope you are feeling better.
Glad you're feeling better. Isn't it interesting how easy it is to take good health for granted, and how awful it is when something isn't working quite right?
