My little brother got home from his mission to Mongolia 18 days ago.
He still misses it. He is making the difficult RM adjustment to real life where you have to think of your self more than you would like to. He is acclimating to the climate and American food.
He is amazing and I so enjoyed the many days we got to spend together in Utah and on his trip back to my house. He has grown up in many ways and is such a great example to me. I literally look up to him (as he is 6'5'') and am grateful for the love, time, and attention that he gave me and my family. It was great to talk to him about Mongolia, the people, his companions, branches, cities, Chinggis Khaan, etc. and get a feel for his mission life. Although he wishes he could go back, I, for one, am grateful he is home!

I am glad BOT is home too. Can't wait to see him soon. I am sure he was an amazing missionary.
I agree with that one! He is an awesome kid.
Fun times! I'm glad you got to spend some time up in Utah with Andy. I can't wait to see him too, hopefully soon. Oh and happy birthday to Jake last Sunday!
That's very sweet. How did he get that nickname?
His nick name came from an email he wrote to Claire where he meant to sign it "the boy" but instead signed it "the bot." It stuck ever since!
He is great, for sure. I thought "the bot" was short for fem-bot, a nickname of sorts which we have used from time to time.
Good shout out to the Elder. He is a great young man and I'm so glad you could spend some quality and quantity time with time. I'm sure he is loving every minute of it being his his sisters, brother-in-laws and of course his little nieces.
How exciting to have Andy home. It was great to see him and all your family for that matter.
Jake, hope you had a fabulous birthday!!
I can't believe he's home! If your youngest brother is home from his mission, and my youngest brother only has a year left.... that means that we're not so young. I don't like thinking about that so much ;) That's awesome you guys could spend so much time with Andy and that he's home :)
