A freak snowstorm...

hit our kitchen! Although this was a mess to clean up, and I'm still finding shredded paper in every crevice of my house, the girls loved having a "snowstorm," throwing snowballs, and making snow angels.

Saturday we also had a great visit from my Grandma, aunt Janet, and uncle Dave and loved getting to visit with them, learn how to make tutus, and share some grapefruits.

How fun for your girls!! I hope I'll be able to get past huge messes and let my kids do things like that.

You LET them play in the shredded paper like that? You are one amazing mom, Jord!!! Those are some very lucky girls for sure! :)

Thanks for the pix, Jord. Thanks for not being so meticulous about housework, and for letting the kids really enjoy the snowstorm!! We love you.

FUN!! That looks like a ball! Can we do it again when I'm there? Nice picture of you, Jan and Mom. I'm so happy that they visited you and that you had a good time.

You're the best mom! That looks like a lot of fun. I bet they liked that better than they would real snow--not nearly as cold. :)

Seriously Syd, the tutu's saved the day and I am so glad your mom was here to give me a hands on lesson.
