Jake grilled more than 125 hotdogs and we had a steady stream of people here from 11 am - 5 pm. People were in the pool, on the patio, and sitting in the house and we loved seeing how many people we could cram like sardines into our home and yard. I loved seeing people eating, talking, swimming and having fun and we were so grateful for everyone who was there in person and in spirit.
Our girls had the time of their lives being in the pool for 6 hours straight and having so many of their friends here to play with. We appreciated our enthusiastic lifeguard Elizabeth, the Stones for letting us borrow their tables and chairs, and DJ Jazzy Jeff (and his lovely wife Diane) for providing awesome music on his amazing system.
We were worn out by the time the party ended but loved the feeling of being exhausted from making other people happy. I think this may become our new start of summer tradition!

Woot Woot!!! Looks like so much fun. Wish we could have been there to participate. You guys are L*O*V*E*D. No doubt about it!
You are your mother's daughter to be able to pull off such a huge party! One of the things I've always loved about Vonnie is her philosophy of the more, the merrier. I wish I could have partied with you. What is in J-Dawg sauce?
A great report on a truly memorable party, Jord. Congratulations to you and Jake for putting it together and pulling it off. You surely have so many who love and care for you.
