My folks are big into cat traps. They've had them since Mesa. I know she caught a skunk in Mesa once, and I can't remember if it was another skunk or a racoon that they caught once in Liberty. Either way it was scary. Good luck getting rid of the cats.
100% agree--I too wish the census had more questions...it was almost disappointing to return. I wanted to write our mini bio on it just so it would be there when they scanned it for posterity's sake.

So what do you do once you actually catch a cat in the trap? Throw it in the pool? J/k (sort of).

I LOVE freinds and family. I LOVE GAP. True, I usually buy it secondhand, but it is still my favorite brand. Funny about the cat trap, we've been there. Just note, they will be making a loud fuss when you go to move them, so do it at night time when your neighbors won't be entirely sure where the noise is coming from. Also, I think it's a good idea to drive them out to the desert, that way you're not a total cat killer, and you are encouraging the circle of life.
Let me know how the cat trap goes, our lawn has become a litter box for a neighborhood cat and it is SO annoying!!
Yay for friends and family... my shopping bag is pretty full, I think I'm going to have to delete a few things before I actually purchase them :) Those are all definitely fun things to be excited about!
Good for the Cougs, but sad that they didn't win the second round game. Good for the cat trap. Do bad it doesn't have big jagged edges to snap the cat in two. Good for you to have more time to sleep, and good for having such a good girl in Ada to sleep so well.

So have you caught any cats? Do those traps really work? What do you do with a cat once you catch it?
Hey Lorien. Yes the traps work and I've caught 2 cats already. Neither one had identification so I just took them to the humane society.
